If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Contact us for all other returns or exchanges. We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via Canada Post and that you send your return via Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Orders received by 10:00 am MDT will be processed the same day. Orders received after 10:00 am MDT will be processed on the next business day. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages will require a signature upon delivery.

Canada Post - Regular Post
$12.99 shipping cost if the order is less than $250 before tax. Above $250 your order qualifies for free shipping. Delivery between 2 to 5 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Restricted Products
Please note that due to Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol) through the express or priority service. Orders containing hazardous materials will be shipped through Regula Post service. Take note that some remote areas can only be delivered by air. For these regions we will unfortunately be unable to ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol).

Free Shipping
Pink Pineapple is pleased to offer free standard shipping for orders totaling $250 or more.

International Orders
We regret that we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

Multiple Ship to Addresses
Currently, Pink Pineapple does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

Pink Pineapple is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to all Canadian provinces.
